Awards
During his educational career, Dr. Zahid Juma has received many awards and distinctions. With his interest in Cosmetic and Esthetic Dentistry, Dr. Juma excelled above and beyond to be presented with the following awards.​
American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry Award

​This award is presented to the senior graduating student who has demonstrated outstanding ability in the field of esthetic dentistry. One student is selected from a class size of 350 students.
Honors in Aesthetic Dentistry
​
The Honors program is comprised of 16 students who are selected based on merit. The students work with the best Aesthetic faculty at NYUCD including Dr. John Calamia, the director of the program.
Americus Award for a Highly Aesthetic Outcome
​
The competition is open to the entire senior class and the top cases are selected for presentation to peers and faculty at the Aesthetic Grand Rounds.
Dr. Juma was further selected to present a poster at the Annual AACD Scientific Session.
